All of the support reps were extremely helpful and responsive, and my car was picked up and delivered within a week! One thing I do wish there was more control over is the pick up date / time and drop off date / time, but it's understandable that plans may shift due to weather, other deliveries, etc.

My experience was flawless... This was my first time shipping a car from the west coast to the east coast. They picked up our car right on time and delivered it a day early.
