GBThe only criticism has to do with the… The only criticism has to do with the presentation of items and the ordering process. Most people want a clear and simple presentation that does not have pop-ups or display items that are not of interest. Example: I have a 1997 Corvette. When I look for items, I have seen items of similar usage but not a Corvette. Tremendous waste of the customers time.

I have ordered several times in the past and have always been pleased with the price and timeliness of the delivery of the parts. I will continue to use Parts Geek as my first choice in auto parts. We have a lot of construction equipment that you do not have parts for but I always check with PartsGeek first.

GBI called this order in by phone I called this order in by phone, salesman ask what make, year, model, and engine size of car, I gave the info. . I said you may need the vin. # to help because I was sent the wrong part by another auto parts store, he said no he did not need it. Part arrived to be wrong same as the other part I got. Tried calling Parts Geek with no answer was on hold for 2 1/2 hours then kicked me off, tried calling again was on hold again for 1 hour, I just hung up. The initial call was made at 4:30PM eastern time. Can not do business with this type of store.
