Good Easy ordering process. Able to get it taken care of on the phone right away no callbacks or inconveniences. Five week turnaround is a little bit long for my engine, but if it doesn’t go much past that it shouldn’t be too bad. Also, some immediate email notifications would be nice, so that I know my payment has been received and the Ball is rolling on getting the engine delivered. I also think you should have a little bit more than a 15 day turnaround for the core charge.

Received the engine quickly and all… Received the engine quickly and all questions were answered. Within a week the oil pressure regulator failed and over pressured the engine causing oil to blow out of the filter housing area. After this was repaired the engine has been great
