1) TRACKING INFO REQUESTED SEVERAL… 1) TRACKING INFO REQUESTED SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE ARRIVING, 2) PRODUCT WAS ORDERED 12/18/2023 WITH 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS SHIPPING, I EXPRESSLY ASKED IF PRODUCT WAS ON HAND AT LOCATION AND WAS RESPONDED TO WITH A YES, HOWEVER PRODUCT WAS NOT SHIPPED UNTIL A WEEK LATER AND DID NOT ARRIVE UNITL JANUARY 4TH. 3) WHEN PRODUCT DID ARRIVE IT WAS DAMAGED, THE BOX IT CAME IN WAS IN GOOD CONDITION SO THE PRODUCT WAS BOXED WITHOUT INSPECTION AND DAMAGE. THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTION WAS DESTROYED UPON ARRIVAL.

Lied about Stocking, part availability Your site said you had items in stock, went through entire order process, waited several days, and got an email cancelling the order. twice this occurred. If you don't have the parts- don't list them. you wasted two weeks of my time between waiting for you to cancel orders and having to go look up another part. Ended up paying more locally and wish I had just done that in the first place.

ABS Control module was pictures with… ABS Control module was pictures with new screws and O-rings, it did not come in oversized box. why was not it in its original box i have no idea if this is the ABS module i purchased. No part number is on the Module to verify correct part. Need to wait and see after i install it...more money. I do not mind paying a premium price if it works.

A little disappointed because it came… A little disappointed because it came without the O rings, extra cost and time,other than that good price and got it on time! Just be more careful preparing the order, I will use it again

Ordered the wrong part Ordered the wrong part. The agent graciously sent a label and the item was returned for refund. They quickly sent me the right part afterwards. I plan on using them again in the future.
