Above and beyond part specialists who go out of their way to confirm fitment and even let you return product if it doesn’t fit. The best auto part store you can get your products from, even has a points system. Highly recommend you purchase your parts from 10 second racing if you want a 10 second car. Found everything i was looking for at a… Found everything i was looking for at a reasonable price. Shipping was quick too. I called for technical support and they seemed to care more about making sure i was satisfied and that my concern was resolved. Never felt like i was rushed for my card details. Most others want payment first and customer care later or uhhh, never? . I like when a company actually cares. They sent me free merch too. Won my loyalty for sure.

Ordered a product that was advertised… Ordered a product that was advertised as in stock and ready for despatch, waited 3 weeks for them to dispatch an empty box to me. No response to my emails requesting updates, account stated shipped but the tracking info contradicted this, I was ultimately forced to chargeback the transaction. You can see the childish "customer service" below. Go to a trusted retailer such as Steeda or BBK that ship directly to the uk... No merchandise etc was sent by 10, just some stickers... cheers... Buyer beware!
