I received the part in a timely manner I received the part in a timely manner. I was told the product came pre programmed though. When at the shop they were unable to sync my keys and told me that the product wasn’t programmed, and the truck won’t even start now. I’m now having to pay an additional $250 to have it programmed.

Works Great! I ordered a PCM for my van. I followed the instructions on installing it & my van is running great. It would be nice to be able to upload a picture of the VIN number & the number off the old PCM. That way there's less likely to be a typing mistake.

Got my old pcm sent back to them within the time limit they expect for my warranty to go into effect and to not be charged a core fee. So far I have not heard anything negative back from them. The new pcm has made my truck run but my gauge light still comes on, can’t figure out that issue so far, but the truck is charging now when it wasn’t before with my old pcm and it is drivable with no problems.
