Mechanic showed up in a beater truck, very poor first impression, and when I asked him a couple of questions about some work he replied,”I don’t have party’s do you think I’m God or something!” I ended the transaction there and the company charged me $150 cancellation fee. I would be VERY wary before using this organization.

GBEasy Peasy. The website could use some tech help, I was unable to respond to messages and some functionality didn’t work well. Would also be nice if the consumer app actually was available, regardless Luis was great and took care of our car in an hour.

GBI had my brakes and rotors changed I had my brakes and rotors changed. The job was done great by my mechanic. I just wish I was told to pump my brakes after having them changed. I’m glad I didn’t accelerate too fast when backing up, otherwise I would have crashed my vehicle. I had one cancellation and two time adjustments. That was the first time I’ve experienced this in my three times using this service.

GBGreat for convenience The convenience was what was most helpful. I had a meeting later that day and needed a screw removed from my tire. I paid extra to have the mechanic repair the tire. I knew that would happen but I wish the service was available through the technology. Having to have done this twice with two different services in my life, I realize it’s a way the industry takes advantage of customers a bit by giving mechanics a chance to charge their own prices for that service. It would feel much more ethical from a customer experience perspective to offer that service knowing it’s a common problem…

GBYour mechanic was late then he charged… Your mechanic was late then he charged me for services not rendered. He rescheduled after making the scheduled appointment. Your customer service sucks and it took over 30 calls to get a supervisor on the phone to reimburse me my money.
