GBSends Wrong Part/Misslabled Part The part was wrong. The label on the box indicates that it is the part I ordered, but the part inside the box was a different part. You have the box labeled wrong or you put the wrong part in the box. I had to order a different part from another company. I will not be ordering from you again, and I will advise others to not order from you also. I can include the part I ordered and the part that was sent, if need be.

Navigating the website wasn’t so hard and I’m a 65 year old grandmother with medium online technical skills. The packaging was not damaged when product was received. The rugs fit my car precisely. GBIt was sent to the wrong address It was sent to the wrong address. I attempted to email customer service and did not get an answer. My new mailing address is: 3520 Prescott Dr. Columbia, MO 65201 But the package was sent to: 702 Wakefield Dr. Apt B Rolla, MO 65401 The package has not been forwarded and I am having trouble contacting the Rolla Post Office.
