THEY DON'T HONOR BACKORDERS I ordered 3 items, two were sent and one was put on backorder. Well they didn't put it on backorder, they never intended to ship it. I have not received the last item because they don't want to pay the shipping charges. So now the other two items cost me more per item because of this deceit. BEWARE, IF YOU ORDER FROM THEM AND SOMETHING DOESN'T COME AND THEY PUT IT ON BACKORDER YOU WILL NOT GET THAT ITEM. THEY WILL JUST FORGET ABOUT YOU!!! BEWARE OF THIS BAD COMPANY. Not to mention one of the items was wrong too. This place was a very bad experience. STAY AWAY, ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS MUST BE FAKE!!!

Purchased 100’ of premium uv resistant… Purchased 100’ of premium uv resistant wire loom and it came in 2 50’ sections taped together. This inconvenienced my project as I had a wire with 2 pieces of wire loom I had to tape together. I ordered and paid for 100’ not 2 50’ sections. Update: DelCity resolved this immediately. Their customer service is top notch!
