Customer service review **Edit**- SCW was able to work through the challenges below to refund my money on the defective part I received. After finding common ground they actually refunded my money faster than the allotted time per their policy. The defective part wasn’t SCW’s fault as they simply sold another mfg’s part. The beginning of the process was a bit bumpy but in the end SCW did work with me to get everything ironed out successfully.

Great experience with Sport Compact Warehouse… I purchased a B&W gooseneck hitch receiver. To me they a very expensive. I had never dealt with Sport Compact Warehouse before, and was a little Leary of the purchase. But I will say I was very pleased with everything.
