My old SUV Pricing and Pickup I went to CashForCars to sell my old SUV. The representative, Prathima Panigrahi, called and guided me through the process. It was easy and very straightforward. In a matter of few minutes, I had a price quote from her which I wouldn’t get from any dealerships out there. Everything went smoothly: the process, phone conversations, and pickup/towing services all went well.

I will not use this company again and… I will not use this company again and will urge others not to. Called got a quote agreed to it, tow driver comes starts to inspect the car like he is a used car salesman looking at my trade. Then offers me a much lower price than I had agreed on. When I get on the phone to complain he tells my there isn't a catalectic converter on it ( there is I took pictures) and drives away. Called both this company and the tow company, both only blew smoke.

Incredibly helpful While I was dealing with so many things happening in my life at the same time I was trying to sell my old 2007 Toyota van, Cash For Cars stayed attentive and helped me through the process. They weren’t overbearing, but they were focused and helped me bring my scattered focus back to finding my title, making arrangements for the tow and getting it all coordinated. It was much appreciated.

Professional, convenient, and well organized Excellent 1st time experience! Everytime there was contact the agent knew what stage we were at, what information was needed, and gave plenty of convenient options based on my situation. Text msgs and emails were sent to verify quickly and conveniently. Not sure if this is a small call centre, but each agent knew the other and could link up. Decided to drive the car in and the location was very professional and the interaction was seemless. Very impressive🙂
