GBHello I wanted to leave a review for Nathaniel Smith Hello I wanted to leave a review for your employee named Nathaniel Smith. I have had some really bad experiences with billing and people not being able to figure out the issue or say they fixed it and still have major issues when I go to get it calibrated. Mr smith was assigned to me after 3 months of issues since getting it installed and immediately found the problem and fixed the issue. Months down the line the same issue occurred and I searched for the email where he was helping me with the 1st issue and finally found it. When I did I emailed him for help n he helped a lot. Put notes in my account so when I actually got ahold of someone after hrs on the phone she saw his notes and made more for the calibration guy and made it a much smoother and less of a headache situation. Which I had to threaten to call the police on a calibration guy over a billing issue that clearly showed on my account a different amount then what his computer said n he was gonna keep my car. With Mr smiths help I had nooo issues whatsoever and I wanna thank him and let his mangers know how great of a job he did. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🤦🏾♂️

GBGuy on the phone was extremely helpful Guy on the phone was extremely helpful. He quickly corrected a bad situation. I was ready to walk away from lifesafer after my horrible experience with Wells Paint Protection. But the guy on the phone restored my faith.

GBAndrew was a lifesaver for us Andrew was a lifesaver for us! We were billed incorrectly, and he promptly made the changes and credited our account. He was wonderful and very understanding of our situation! We have been very happy with the device and feel as though our daughter is safer with Lifesafer in place. Thank you life safer!

GBIf I could give my representative a raise I would. She deserves to be recognized for her compassion and kindness. If I could give my representative more than 5 stars I would. Tawana was a blessing. So helpful and informative. This is all new to me and Tawana took her time and explained every step to me and my family. She took the time to make sure we understood the how the payment works, found me the best location to have my interlock installed and even is calling me back to stay updated on the case. She is truly one of a kind who truly cares.
