GBQuick service, but beware Royal Mail! Fault Reader sent promptly by Ljm via Royal Mail 48hrs - but got lost in their system. Had to go to local office where they eventually found it. However delighted with the reader which has already identified & cleared some car faults. Should have purchased earlier!

GBThe unit did not work as expected The unit did not work as expected. On contact I was told it need to be updated. As I didn't have access to a computer I couldn't do an update . As it was supposed to be brand specific, JLR I would have thought it have at least shown a screen . So not impressed. It would be good if the supplier updated if this is the case before dispatch to the customer.
