Schuberth C5 - Amazing Experience! Recently I had my Shoei RF1200 stolen off my bike from my garage so I was looking for a new helmet, and quickly as riding season is upon us! I decided on either a Shoei NeoTec III or the Schuberth C5. ChromeBurner had the best price anywhere online for the Schuberth and it was in stock and ready to ship. Given that the difference was about $300cdn I decided to pull the trigger and go with the priority FedEx shipping. I received notifications within hours that my package had been picked up by FedEx and within two days it had made its way from the Netherlands to Canada. Absolutely unbelievable service! I am waiting for a re-stock on the Schuberth SC2 so I can set up my new helmet with the communication system.

Epic customer service I had issues with determining the sizing for my jacket, but Jinse L was incredibly helpful and patient getting me sorted, in answering my inquiries and sending the extra jackets back. Unfortunately, it didn’t end up being as good a deal as had I just gotten it right the first time, but that’s the gamble of buying online. Would have been nice if the back armour was in stock as well. Will definitely use ChromeBurner again in the future.
