Originally Originally, I bought parts from a different company and I never received part of my order (they said it was on backorder) Contacted the manufacturer and they got me in touch with Torqued. Was informed it wasn't on backorder so I ordered it. Shipping was fast as well which was nice.

You should use this company Product was high quality and also service was very quick to respond and also shipped my order before scheduled shipping date. Very satisfied with this order and will be using this source for parts in the future.

So I’ll be honest… So I’ll be honest…. it definitely took way longer to get my part than I had expected. But to be fair, I didn’t ask how long it was gonna take and they didn’t offer an ETA. Every time I reached out, and inquired about the product I received an almost immediate reply. Communication when requested was excellent. I had a slight issue with one of the… I had a slight issue with one of the pieces I bought from them. Called them and they immediately sent a replacement free of charge. Can't get better service than that.
