Excellent tools with excellent prices Shipping was quick, but part of the order was lost when the package broke open. I contacted customer service who quickly responded and shipped out a replacement and made sure the replacement was double boxed. The tools, prices, as well as the customer service team were excellent. Will buy from again!

I had originally bought a plastic… I had originally bought a plastic backing pad at my local paint shop. When I broke it I was looking online for something similar for my grinder. I could not believe how expensive they were and there is only one company that seems to have cornered the market on this specific yet simple product. Anyway National Tool Warehouse alone had them for what I considered to be a reasonable price so I ordered five of them which should last me for several years. Unfortunately the shipping was the same price as the pads effectively doubling their cost, yet still less than anyone else. Not that cost is always the main motivator. The order process was very professional with clear email documentation and invoices and they came quickly and in good condition. This was not my first purchase from National Tool Warehouse and although I do not make a lot of purchases I have always experienced first rate service and competitive pricing.
