They walk you through the entire process. The local installer they work with was amazing too, and I did a separate review for them. I’m real glad I used Katzkin and would use them again.

GBI wanted a car with leather… I wanted a car with leather seats/interior, but was told the car I wanted didn't come with leather seats. The salesman I worked with said "Don't worry, we have an upholstery shop we work with that will install leather for you...and we'll take care of arranging that for you. My car was taken to Ward's Auto Restyling in Vinton, VA and came back to me with leather seats that looked like they were factory installed. I am very pleased with the results.
