GBI had ordered many filters I had ordered many filters. Received one filter on the ship date that I was supposed to receive my order. Waited. Several days did not see the balance of my order. Nobody could find it. It sounded like to me that because there was one filter ship. That Pure Diesel Power thought the whole order was shipped. That was not the case. It took several days of calling and asking where my balance of the order is at. Which is the reason that I only showed three stars. My other two previous orders were OK.😕

GBMy order came with the box torn open My order came with the box torn open? Now I have to return damage boxed parts with probably missing parts, pay for return and buy insurance on the order???? What the heck???

GBThe price of what I purchased has been… The price of what I purchased has been better than most places. Only issue was having to call and get the parts coming. First part was on back order and my call prompted them to check on it. Resulted in them discounting me on a more expensive part. Now I’m waiting on the other part to come that also was not in stock. It’s good it’s my personal vehicle and not a customer.
