GBFantastic Customer Service Prior to purchase CVF quickly answered several questions about the component. The item had a minor defect related to one of the locking nuts. They quickly sorted the issue. I was expecting a replacement nut. To my surprise they sent a full replacement. Great customer service and they stand behind what they sell.

GBService does not stop once they get your money. Someone is always one the other end of the phone or on the computer to help with any question you may have. Actually, talking to a real person with what I thought was a problem. Tec person on the phone gave me belt part numbers to help rectify my problem to complete my installation of the CVF parts I ordered!!
