The representative I spoke with was… The representative I spoke with was great. They were well informed, well spoken, kind & very patient(as I had many questions). All in all one of the better customer service Interactions I've had in a long while.

Casey was absolutely wonderful!! Casey was absolutely wonderful!!! She is very kind, helpful, as well as professional. She explained everything very thoroughly!!! It was like she knew the questions I was going to ask & instantly answered them as soon as I could think of them. She was very patient with me as well because I made the phone call not realizing It was more than just making an appointment & it took me a few minutes to get all my information together & not a single time was she rude or made me feel like I was a being a hassle, which I’m sure I definitely was!! I really appreciate the time she took with me & how polite she was. Give her a raise!!

This is by far the worst customer… This is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had . You can never talk to a real person . It takes hours of your day to resolve the smallest issue . They have obvious technical issues with their equipment. They force you to pay fees without having proof of probable cause . I hope some one who needs this service and is definitely paying a high price for such services , look elsewhere .
