GBCasey was absolutely wonderful!! Casey was absolutely wonderful!!! She is very kind, helpful, as well as professional. She explained everything very thoroughly!!! It was like she knew the questions I was going to ask & instantly answered them as soon as I could think of them. She was very patient with me as well because I made the phone call not realizing It was more than just making an appointment & it took me a few minutes to get all my information together & not a single time was she rude or made me feel like I was a being a hassle, which I’m sure I definitely was!! I really appreciate the time she took with me & how polite she was. Give her a raise!!

GBThis is by far the worst customer… This is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had . You can never talk to a real person . It takes hours of your day to resolve the smallest issue . They have obvious technical issues with their equipment. They force you to pay fees without having proof of probable cause . I hope some one who needs this service and is definitely paying a high price for such services , look elsewhere .
