No matter who services me No matter who services me, it is always polite and fairly quick service too. One mechanic today and still in and out in thirty minutes.

Very good service The service was very good. Only thing I would strongly suggest is asking the customer beforehand if they'd like mat and seat/back covers to prevent staining. This would be helpful especially on lighter interiors.

May 1 Our bill was larger than expected but your manager Chris couldn’t have been more helpful explaining everything and helping us out. He is a very pleasant, kind and efficient person and you are fortunate to have such a good , hard working employee. On the downside, our car was kept for over a week before the work was completed. Apparently the shop gets only a weekly parts delivery and that slowed down the process considerably. Some of the wrong parts were sent and needed to be exchanged. There should be a mechanism in place for urgently needed parts to exchanged and delivered.

Melvin and the other guys performed immaculately, listened to my issue, gave the car a thorough inspection and analysis, and fixed the problem. All very courteous and professional. I will definitely be going back there when another tire or brake issue comes up.
