GBExcellent Customer Service Ordered a trunk lid for my ND miata. Part was packaged well, immaculately clean, and sent promptly. Unfortunately, FedEx still managed to find a way to damage the part. Even though it was no fault of Redline, the sales manager was super responsive, very accommodating, and his customer service was great. I almost never write reviews, but after this experience, I will absolutely order through them again. Highly recommended Redline Auto Parts!

They show all flaws on their used parts so you know exactly what you’re getting. I’ve rebuilt 2 cars using redline parts and they work without issues.

GBExcellent service, hard to find parts Fast service for a part I was told wasn’t available in the States. Unfortunately it arrived broken. Unlike 90+% of customer service, Redline took care of me so quickly. I sent some photos and was refunded in full. Keeping the part, and maybe the shop can figure something out to still use it.
