GBTheir advertisement said it was Valay… Their advertisement said it was Valay parking. It was not. The attendant that gave us the parking ticket said to park on level 6 but unloading your luggage was on level 7 before you parked. He gave no such instructions. The address of the garage sent in the reservation email was 850 2nd Ave and the garage is not at that address. The drivers of the vans took 20 minutes to figure out which van to put us in to take us to the port. They got into an argument over who was going to which terminal. The pickup was much better.

GBNeed more Shuttles! We arrived Saturday March 16, 2024, with what we thoight was plenty of time to get onboard for our 1:30 scheduled arrival aboard Carnival Horizon. However, there was a very long line just to check in for the shuttle once we parked. There were only 3 shuttles running to the cruise ships! There were so many people waiting for a ride. We ended up waiting over 2 hours for our ride, our shuttle was full and there were people who had waited 3 hours and probably longer! The wait was standing in line, in a hot garage without any air circulation nor any water for hydration! Because of the long wait, we arrived too late to check our baggage and had to carry ALL of our bags on board. They should have more shuttles running as they know how many cruise and what time they leave.

GBHorrible experience! Horrible experience! Very confusing on where to check in and where to park the car. Hardly any spots left. When confirming our reservation, times were 7:30-2:30. Once we checked in, we were handed a paper stating pick up times from the cruise terminal were until 11:00 AM. We were not able to disembark our cruise ship until 11:30. THEREFORE, we had to get to the garage by cab costing us an extra $30.00. We tried to contact WePark InMiami several times. However, their mailbox was full and no-one ever answered the phone. Never again!!!!

GBThe experience was good The experience was good. But, being picked up at the port on our way home. That was a different story. People can be so rude and cut you off when you’re disabled. We waited an hour and a half before the courtesy van showed up.

GBYour location is very difficult to… Your location is very difficult to find. We ended up going around 3 times before we found your entrance. The sign is way too small. The address on your website is not the location of the garage. GPS takes you to another location. When we arrived in port the phone number on the sheet provided by driver was out of service. Very poor experience. We’ll pay extra next time and park across from our terminal
