Great way to park for a day in Chicago!! Great way to park for a day in Chicago! Very easy to purchase in advance and took the stress off of worrying about where to park when we arrived. Parking was right in the middle of downtown too which was perfect for us. The only issue we had was trying to use the reader to get in and out. It wouldn't read it on my phone so we had to wave the printed copy around for a bit until it read it for the gate to go up and there wasn't an attendant to help. Otherwise it was great and we'll definitely use this for parking in the future!!

My parking reservation hasnt started… My parking reservation hasnt started yet but im running into a problem already. They were suppose to email me a barcode instead i was told to do a cancellation because of a glitch in the system and repeat the process. Really a big inconvenience and no guarantees if the the glitch wont happen again.

The multi-day parking pass is an… The multi-day parking pass is an incredible bargain if you are staying at a downtown hotel! We had a minor glitch one day in exiting the garage, but the customer support staff is great and quickly worked it out. Highly recommended!

App made pre-paying easy App made pre-paying easy. Email receipt with the QR code to enter also super easy! It is on a great location to access all downtown has to offer. Good signage also directing you in/out properly. I'd like to see a bit more security folks, but maybe they are around and I just didn't see.

Grant Park South Garage Saturday April… Grant Park South Garage Saturday April 20th around 3:30 pm Scan QR code to enter when pre paying however onthe way out the wifi wasn’t working on my cell and the older male attendant was incredibly rude and unhelpful, he snickered and shrugged his shoulders while cars were approaching behind mine. The younger male attendant came over once he was done assisting others and assisted me explaining what to do as if this happens on a regular basis. Why not simply add a reminder to the information regarding prepayments to take a screen shot of the code and save it for exiting the garage to get out? A simple solution so that older male attendant can stop being unprofessional and disrespectful to customers.
