Port parking options. I'm going to be driving to the port form out of state and the website was easy to use for port parking. Only thing would be to have a little easier for people to find port parking, not default to airport parking options - I almost made reservations for the airport and not port parking.

I’ve never had any problem with airport… I’ve never had any problem with airport parking Inc. and I have appreciated their lower prices. But noticed a very large 33 to 40% high can price is that necessary? I have recommended you but that being lower anymore you may be hurting yourself.

This is my first time parking at this… This is my first time parking at this location for a cruise. We did not have to wait long for the shuttle to bring us to the port and on the way back we didn’t have to wait either to get back to the parking garage. It was very convenient and less costly than other parking garages in the area. We will definitely use this location again for future travels.

I had great customer service regarding an error in parking days I made a parking reservation and ended up with the wrong number of parking days. I left a message regarding the error and a day later, my parking stay was adjusted to the correct number of days. I also received a call from the parking office letting me know that they had corrected the initial parking days error that I made. I thought that was great customer service.
