Why I have only used one staffing agency Vista Staffing Solutions is the only staffing agency I have used. The people at Vista have ,easy to work with, pleasant, and efficient. They have taken care of the credentialing, scheduling, and transportation for my assignments. If a question arises or there is a need to change or modify an assignment, there has always been someone at Vista to handle the situation. I have been completely pleased with my association with Vista, so I have not used any other agency.

I had a great time at my site and VISTA… I had a great time at my site and VISTA did a good job of making sure everything went smoothly. One thing that could have been better would have been actual orientation in the ER. I had to do this on my free time as the orientation arranged by Chinle did not provide for time in the ER with hands-on use of the EMR. And overall, there should be an incentive system within VISTA for high performing physicians to earn more pay. This will help you retain higher performing docs.

Vista is great and should be really… Vista is great and should be really proud of Abby who is a well-rounded person and easy to work with. She is a great listener and makes a great impression of Vista. I've had a great start at my new assignment because of Abby's dedication to her craft. She is a great ambassador of your company. She shows genuine interest about the welfare of my family and she gets stuff done. I also thank every member of the team involved in my onboarding to my new assignment. Again, thanks Abby!!!!

No response I have sent e-mails requesting information on multiple assignments and never heard anything back. In addition, the recruiter I have with the co-company Whitaker Pathways never sends information on potential assignments.

Worst Staffing Company I have ever dealt with even threatening me I had to correct them many times when they said would work 7-7p though I only agreed 7-3. Problem resolution is the biggest one not to join them. Their recruiters do not treat contractors with respect and when unable to resolve an issue they do not let you speak to their immediate supervision even when asked. When they had a problem with their contract the recruiter led me on for months saying they are going back in forth on the contract to later on say the place I worked at suddenly didn't want me though they had been working on a contract for me for months and couldn't meet agreement. Then they wouldn't let me out of my contract despite this information. My recruiter refused to let me speak to her boss and threatened legal if I pursued this matter. Do you want to work for a company that behaves like this? Do you want to work for a company that when there is a problem won't let you speak to someone above them that is in charge to resolve the matter? Join a staffing company that is professional and will work with and for you and not against you. This one is a bad one.
