We are frequent parkers at the LGA… We are frequent parkers at the LGA location and were disappointed by the van drivers insistence on waiting for others before he left the lot to drive us to the terminal (even though there were already others in the van). We had to get out of the van and repeatedly tell our driver that we were going to be late if he continued to wait. This has never happened before.

Best place to park Website is so easy to use, but I’ve parked here many times before and everything was a ok, prompt service when we’ve returned back to NY, maybe a 10minute wait for pick-up, everybody is friendly. It’s where we always park when we fly.

Easy to book, great service! Booked online with ease, service when we got there was great. Shuttle was waiting for us and driver helped with luggage. We were a group of 13 including two toddlers so we had stuff. Pickup also was a breeze. Called the office and shuttle arrived quickly to return us to the lot. Will definitely use them again. And it was slightly less expensive than the air train lot on Lefferts, with out having to drag our luggage through the airport.

Reasonable price & excellent service I was concerned about leaving my car when I saw how tightly the cars were parked next to one another but when I picked up my vehicle, there were no scratches nothing. Aside from that it was easy to check in. It was easy to reach out to the company when my plane landed and I had my luggage and I was picked up promptly. I was certainly recommend your company to anyone in need of your services. The staff were excellent, good natured, professional.
