GBExtremely poor service from Safeguard Global, avoid. We used Safeguard Global to pay an employee in Germany. The onboarding was not very straightforward but we got there in the end. Whilst the process was in place, everything went smoothly. At the end though, the offboarding was a right mess with conflicting emails from different departments, for instance they forgot to tell us about some dues for the 13th month which is a basic requirement there, could not send us a statement of accounts, etc. It all concluded as a terrible experience with Safeguard, with a clear feeling they have a disconnected organisation, a total lack of customer centricity and a really heavy handed approach to customer service. Really poor.

IEI find it very hard being paid by this… I find it very hard being paid by this business. Their timeliness and expense remittance is very one sided where I have to wait up to 2 months for payment of expenses when my company pays it weekly. I would not reccoemnd this business as they have no interest in helping their payees.

DEI’d highly recommend Safeguard Global… I’d highly recommend Safeguard Global to any company looking to recruit and hire overseas. It’s been three months since we hired 5 employees in three countries with Safeguard Global. As Director of HR, onboarding is an important part of employee retention. I’m pleased to hear that our new employees have access to a local team in their own time zone and who speak their own language.
