ESMy order got lost. My order got lost. I am stuck in spain and you did not deliver my order. I waited for five days wich was the promised delivery time. When someone finally looked in to it the part was lost. You sent a new one but no matter how much I begged for it to be sent express you would not do it. I have to wait another five days, with hotelnights to pay. But ofcourse I got 200 skr to use at another purchase.... Really bad that you could not send it express since you lost my first order and it was no falut of mine......

DEtotally disppointed The delivery was late. The trace of the parcel was very incomplete. Had to drive 70 km to pick up the parcel myself. And when it finally arrived it was damaged due to careless packing.

FRLiving abroad with an old car not regular Skruvat is necessary! With an old Volvo S 40 2.0 T 98 it is not easy to find spare parts in France, but thanks to Skruvat all problems are solved and furthermore the delivery is fast, thanks!
