APPLY before disclosing Interest Rates APPLY before disclosing Interest Rates Boatzon, like some other shady internet sites, does not disclose interest rates until you APPLY for a loan. Yup. Thats right. Its like buying a car without knowing what you're going to pay ahead of time. Shocking.

Poor Customer service Day 1: contacted Boatzon about a pontoon, we spoke through the computer, they said they will contact seller (Boathaus). Never heard back from them that day. Day 2: Called Boatzon twice, went to voicemail, I left a message. No reply all day Day 3: Started Boatzon site buying procedure, it held the boat for 30 min, 30 minutes past and nothing happened. Called Boatzon, left message again in customer service. No call back. Day 4: Boatzon contacted me asking if I was still interested in the pontoon, I said yes, they said they will call Boathaus and get purchase started. Boatzon called back five minutes later and told me the pontoon sold that morning. My point: Boatzon customer service lost the pontoon for me with slow and poor customer service. I would not rely on Boatzon
