This company needs to be watched when… This company needs to be watched when it comes to accounting for actual hours deducted on jet cards.We found multiple instances of over deducting of hours and it took 9 months and much wasted time to resolve. The amounts were significant. They never admitted to their errors, apologized and stonewalled us until we proved they were dead wrong by audit. Suggest getting copies of each trip ticket from the pilots to verify actual hours for each flight to avoid this from happening to you. Once this was uncovered ownership retaliated by refusing to allow us to use the “recovered” hours and instead (finally) refunded our $ after several months. Nice way to treat customers.

This company just needs to live up to… This company just needs to live up to their mistakes. They had booked a flight that was not approved. In fact, it was demonstrated that the flight should not be booked, yet they did it anyway. When it came time and it was made clear the flight was not needed, they went ahead and charged the ours anyway. It was proven the flight was not approved and they could not prove it was. Very unfortunate
