Good customer service TP22 Tillerpilot. This item let us down half way between Azores and France (it probably took in some water) causing some frustration. This frustration disappeared when the Simrad team inspected the item and replaced without fuss.

After several weeks, Simrad replaced this unit with a new Go9 in time for the 2023 new england boating season. This unit failed after 15 hours - same problem, refused to power up. They are now sending me a 3rd Go9 with a reminder my warrentee expires in June of 2024. About the time I will probably launch the boat. My other boat has a 3 year old Furuno at the upper helm and a 15 year old Garmin at the lower helm both still working perfectly. It doesn't seem Simrad builds with simular quality these days. Initial customer service seems to be based offshore as well.

Simrad cruise 7 arrived 2 days after I… Simrad cruise 7 arrived 2 days after I placed the order. Well boxed and in good condition. Nice simple unit, easy install. Bright screen and user friendly controls. No nmea or radar inputs but why have those options if you’re not going to use them, which the majority of recreational boaters won’t. GPS works well and the pre loaded c maps offer decent charts and shows the depth as well. Hard to beat the price too.

I needed an RF 25 N I needed an RF 25 N, rudder reference. I ordered it from a local source, but they couldn't, didn't provide the part or any information. I got tired of waiting and went on line. Simrad said it was in stock. I was skeptical, but ordered anyway. Then I sent an email saying that It is supposed to be in stock. If not cancel. They responded immediatly it shipped. I received it the next day. I couldn't be happier.

Wanted to purchase a transducer for… Wanted to purchase a transducer for SideScan capability. Representative looked up the correct part number based on my unit’s serial number. Ordered and received the part in a few days. Gave 4 stars due to seeing the same item on EBay for $100 less.
