GBThe best HR support available! This is less about a single experience and more about every experience: HRFH is stellar! We have had questions pertaining to every facet of a dental office and they have always been prompt, professional, positive, personalized and knowledgeable in their guidance. Sometimes this is technical, but other times it involves how to deal with staff issues. Can't say enough good things about HRFH. If they are unsure, they will seek out accurate answers for you. They were exemplary during Covid when we had to furlough and rehire EEs plus navigate an entirely different landscape. Very, very beneficial service to have at our disposal. They truly feel like we are not "out here alone" rather, "in it together". Particularly in this day and age of litigation. Proper HR support that you can trust is essential!

GBSTAY AWAY FROM THEM!! Poor onboarding experience and did not receive the information and training needed to be able to efficiently use their program. We would call and ask questions or bring up concerns and would not get a follow up for months. When you bring this concern up, they just mention that we should have filed support tickets instead of talking to one of their representatives. Funny how that was never mentioned on the set up or when we first started bringing up concerns. They also will set up calls and then reschedule a bunch of times. So far we have wasted 10 months of having to pay for a service we have not been able to fully use. Contacted them to stop service but they have us in a 2 year contract with no options to get out of. Don't make the same mistake that we did and save your money.

GBAlthough this program is very pretty Although this program is very pretty, it is not user friendly. We were forced to move to it before it was ready. Changes requested took too long to get fixed. Generally, we are very dissatisfied with the program although the people trying to help us have been very nice and tried to show us how to work around the problems.
