We are extremely happy and very satisfied! Lupita has been a wealth of knowledge, she is savvy, extremely knowledgeable of her work and the equipment. My eyes have been opened and I was sold! Her presentation and her team of plumbers and installers are also very knowledgeable and quick to do the install. The installation was straight forward. My wife noticed the difference in the water right away. No regrets. Wish we had gotten the system years ago.

Overall experience.. Overall experience has been outstanding from initial appointment, sales demo, installation and follow-ups. Since moving to the new house, my family and I were complaining how dry, itchy, and scaly our skins were. We have had to moisturize more than usual but the itchiness did not go away. Since the installation, the dry scaliness on my daughter's skin, we noticed has improved and that is without using the heavy moisturizer that we had to do prior. I am excited to use the hypo allergenic supplies provided as well for my special needs daughter. Thank you for taking the time to answer all my questions and concerns.
