Long term satisfied customer! Ordered my RV water filter system with the help of their excellent customer service several years ago. I have been ordering new filters from them ever since and I have been happy with the process and my water quality! No more carrying jugs of water while traveling or dealing with rust/clay/etc. wreaking havoc on my water lines. I highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable Very knowledgeable and helpful in the selection, use and maintenance of their products. My water initially tested very hard, after installation the water definitely felt different and tested all green (softest). Bar soap in the shower didn't lather well in the past, now I have bubbles abound! Thanks a great product and information!

Needed to speak with someone Needed to speak with someone. No return call with voicemail. No answer to email. Flat zero on customer relations. The only way to speak with someone is to pay for consultation. Spoke with my RV site neighbor, he laughed and said, “Everyone knows how bad their customer service is”. Yup, that sums it up.

Got a filter from someone else Got a filter from someone else, yuk. Water was not drinkable-- just tossed them when your product arrived. Sorry I ever purchased from another company! Originally bought my RV water filter from you and it has worked great all across this country, no matter what nasty water I put into the system.
