Told me that I requested this. Would not accept my dispute for this and forced me to pay. Absolutely ridiculous. They disconnected me from the chat instead of responding to me enquiry. Repeatedly called me a liar. It makes no sense that I join fjordkraft randomly for 2 weeks starting 6 months after moving into my apartment. They wouldn't understand this was clearly a system error because apparently there system never makes errors and im a liar.... Never trust a company that does not allow you to leave a review on their Facebook page.
