Watch out for Free Folder Locker's Password Reset Process and Lack of Communication for Cancellations I paid for 2 years of annual subscriptions to Folder Locker when I never wanted it. I was using the free version in 2021 to secure confidential files. I wasn't aware that the only opportunity to add a recovery email was the first time the software ran, because when I forgot my password a year later and went to reset it, there was no option to do so. I had to purchase the full subscription version, the only other way to reset the password in order to get access to my folder back. I then tried to cancel the subscription. Their process is to email in to do so. My email was never acknowledged. Then I was charged again this year for a second round of the subscription. I immediately contacted them to refund the charge and cancel, as I had tried to do the year before. They accused me of lying about trying to cancel the first time and did not provide a refund on the second charge. I have the email trail. Atrocious customer service. Folder Locker the free version works pretty nice though. Just never forget your password!

Do not approach this company Do not approach this company They block the computer on the pretext that hardware has been replaced while I have not replaced any hardware And now they want money for the opening And they don't answer even to take money Simply shocking customer service!!!!
