The installation crew was efficient and… The installation crew was efficient and professional and did a thorough job. The sales presentation over hyped or the system under performs, maybe a little of both. I know this because every night the battery is on standby by 11:00pm. I never received a demonstration on how to read digital display panel. And no one has yet to tell me if I have an automated switchover, when power goes out, or a Manuel. I know this because power went out for 10 minutes on a sunny afternoon and I was without power while I watched the panel generate 4kw and send it all to the battery. Still waiting for an explanation on that matter. I’ve also inquired about what documentation and receipts I will need to do my taxes next year. As of today, I have a one page e-mail invoice for $39,400 stating paid in full. No response to date.

We had 2 other bids and the professional presentation of MSP was the most clear and their account of their product was, we felt, superior to the others. MSP was prompt, professional and very diligent in their work once we decided to have them do our project. In addition to their representatives, the installers were adept at their work, and very courteous and friendly as they worked on our solar install. Each step was explained to us as they progressed and any questions we had were answered promptly and, satisfactorily. We would not hesitate to recommend MSP to all who would inquire. Very professional service Very professional service. They got back to me quickly, listened to my needs and kept me updated throughout the process. Lambert was a great communicator and clearly knew his business. He designed a system that fit our needs and our available space. It has been about a year now since our solar water installation and all is going well. I will certainly recommend Maui Solar Project to others.

Very sad MSP has closed doors without notice. PV owners and lessees have no idea where they get warranty repairs. Very sad.
