Issues, I have had my system for less than a… I have had my system for less than a year! For the pass 5 months my Maui electric bill has been getting higher and higher. I have not changed my electric usage. Maui Solar Project (MSP) has not responded to me in over a week. I am sadden that I need to leave a review. The sales pitch and set up was awesome, they took my money and I was advised that that my bill will be close to Zero with Maui electric in the up coming months.(with just some admin fees) That was a lie! Currently my PV system is not producing electricity and I am running off of Maui Electric. I am stuck with a loan for my PV and also paying Maui Electric. MSP has yet to return my calls and there had been no one in the office here on Maui at all this week. Super Sad that a Maui Company would do this to their customers. My unit needs to be fixed and I expect a full refund for the electricity I am paying for due to the lack of customer service on your behalf Maui Solar Project! This issues should have been fixed the first time you guys came our a few months ago. This is now going to be the 3rd time. I could only imagine I am not the first customer with am issue as such. That is getting ripped off by this company and I know there are alot of happy customers as well. This is why I went with yall in the first place. Just make it right and fix my PV, please!.. Standing by for assistance!!

The installation crew was efficient and… The installation crew was efficient and professional and did a thorough job. The sales presentation over hyped or the system under performs, maybe a little of both. I know this because every night the battery is on standby by 11:00pm. I never received a demonstration on how to read digital display panel. And no one has yet to tell me if I have an automated switchover, when power goes out, or a Manuel. I know this because power went out for 10 minutes on a sunny afternoon and I was without power while I watched the panel generate 4kw and send it all to the battery. Still waiting for an explanation on that matter. I’ve also inquired about what documentation and receipts I will need to do my taxes next year. As of today, I have a one page e-mail invoice for $39,400 stating paid in full. No response to date.
