Not as described Upon receiving the product, it came with zero wiring specifications. I had to replace a component and was replaced with a different model with different wiring Played email tag over a week before finally getting the right info. Instructions are very difficult to follow for the average homeowner too. Found after purchasing items that I could have bought same product including brand other places a lot cheaper too online. Products seem to not be as specified also. Will no longer be buying from mwands anymore.

I set up a solar powered aeration… I set up a solar powered aeration system on a 1.5 acre tank. i knew nothing except what i learned from all the youtube videos. THey walked me through the entire process. I called and emailed them sever times to get clarification on how something worked or was configured. I would use them again without hesitation. The only issue I had was i had used the wrong batteries, completely my fault. But after fixing that issue everything is working fine.

Dishonest Further to my earlier review, 'Short Shipped', I have been trying to call MWANDS to try and get the items I am owed or a refund. Nobody answers the phone, they have blocked me on Facebook so I cannot send a message or make a comment, emails are ignored. They know they did not send my goods and are refusing to deal with it, the Owner refuses to stand by her responsibilities as a honest and respectable business person. Instead she behaves third rate, taking money from a customer, knowingly not supplying goods paid for and then hiding from the responsibility. Don't be ripped off by her or her team because they are just as dishonest as she is, be careful dealing with them, they are not worth the hassle.

I ordered a 24v 300 watt power without… I ordered a 24v 300 watt power without batteries inverted controller for my pond aeration. The inverter did not work. I spoke to Sam who is very nice in helping me figure everything out. I now have to return the broken inverter at my expense and wait two weeks while they figure it out.
