GBGreat service Great service. But need to be clearer as to what to do when current contract ends and the carrier is sending renewal requests. It’s confusing. I made a couple of calls to get answers. Should be in the explanation of services. Thanks for help clearing that up.

GB…don’t subscribe The Erik charges that the customer service person said would be withdrawn from my account, actually went through. The $93.11 charge as well as the $8.66 charge went through yesterday. I also canceled my subscription yesterday. And I am awaiting another call today from your customer service people to see what y’all are gonna do about it. Not happy at all.

GBExcited to get started! Just spoke with a rep who was helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to pay my monthly fee up front & continue paperless monthly billing as well! I have never tried this kind of service before, however I am excited to since the rates elsewhere are much higher than what I was quoted.
