I am going to start by giving Sunnova a… I am going to start by giving Sunnova a zero star. Sunnova is a money hungry company that is only concerned about profit and no customer care or support. My electricity bill has shot up to $480 while I have solar panels that I pay for every month. They are liars and customer service is rude. STAY AWAY from them, they did not even adjust the bill since we are coming out of winter and want more money from me. I told them their panels are not producing enough and all they tell you is that their computer system is always correct, yet last year, unfortunately they were incorrect because an inspector came to my house and found it defective. STAY AWAY FROM SUNNOVA. I will be posting on other social media sites too. SUNNOVA LIARS!!!

Sunnova was the best part of the… Sunnova was the best part of the experience. The solar installers fumbled a bit, it took 6 trips before they could turn my system on. Sunnova was the easy part of the entire process. I have been a full year online and almost always cover my usage or overproduce. I have a consistent payment and no electric bill most months (minimal in winter) and that payment is slightly less than my old monthly bill.

My experience with Sunnova has been a… I'm being forced to give a star. My experience with Sunnova has been a dishonest from the jump. It started with the installer Infinity Energy. They are no longer in business. There is no one to service our panels if needed. Sunnova is in this scam to take and overcharging customers. My advice do your research and read reviews. I've had my panels since November 2020. If I had a redo, they would not be on my roof.
