GBcustomer service rep was Superb I had to call the customer service number because I had received an email that stated there was an order error. I was happy Charmaine was assigned to help me resolve this issue. Her customer service was impeccable. She was patient, friendly and was able to problem solve beyond my expectations.

GBGreat Representative Great Representative, the only thing I would suggest is that the Representative lets the customer know if they switch will take 15 days to be active and then can cancel with your current company. Thanks for the great service, Look forward to the change. D.Page

GBTHEY HAVE GRIT They are one of the few companies that will actually let you know if there is any extra fees or accidental disconnections. They are amazing with promptness in contacting you in a great many mediums. They don't give up. I'm sure I had probably denied their call a few times because I didn't recognize the number. That usually is enough for other companies to give up. Not IGS!

GBI am still waiting for my information… I am still waiting for my information to be transferred to AES after talking to Racheal on the 23 of April. They tell me that they don't have any information on this account being sent to them. I thought that this problem had been taken care of when I talked to Racheal, She promised that it would be solved. When it is I will give a better review. Racheal was great.
