Although she called a little bit too early, like 6 months ago, when I asked her to wait till it was closer to our renewal date, she was very nice about it and did, indeed, call me at the better time. She made it very easy to understand my choices and didn't badger me to sign up for a longer time than I was comfortable with. I was very happy with our new rates and terms.

GBI appreciate Ann and all of her… I appreciate Ann and all of her information. She is very information and communicates well. I had a lot of questions and she was patient and responded accordingly. I of course did not like that my upcoming renewal was now void due to a market/vendor going under but that is not Integrity's fault. It does cause financial hiccups as the new price will be higher than originally planned. Would love to see if there is a way to avoid this in the future
