MSW products David patiently answered all my questions. I won't give 5 stars until we have this winter behind us. That is the sole purpose of the purchase, stock tank aeration. That being stated, I'm confident that the purchased MWS products will perform as intended. Excellent customer service.

Sales Rep was very knowledgeable and courteous Sam was very knowledgeable, courteous, and returned calls and emails when he could. Product seems to be made well. Installation was easy and straightforward. However shipping could have been handled with more care (likely out of your control) What I would like to see done differently is a posting or reply to my request about warranty information on my purchase.

Just getting started Products seem great, directions for assembly and setup could be much more detailed with better diagrams, more comprehensive videos for setup of the deicing kit from start to finish. We struggled with the mounting of the two-panel frame and panels b cause we could not see the details clearly on the videos.

EVERY homeowner should take this course I went into this course with an engineering degree thinking it would be all abstract and theoretical. Nope. Nuts and bolts practical information. This course is an absolute must for anybody even considering solar. No question goes unanswered. A step by step of what each component is, why you need it, and how much each option is. Nothing is glossed over. It gives you the ammo to talk to solar companies….which you will highly unlikely be talking to after this course.
