GBThis is a major scam This is a major scam. They tell you that it is no longer a lottery but instead of a lottery they have 125,000 places if you fulfill certain criteria of which 55,000 will get a visa on first come first served. This is not true. It remains a lottery with 9 million applications per year and only 125,000 win the lottery, of which they will then select 55,000 who fulfil the criteria. Hence this company fudges the facts for their gain. They charge £2000 and will not refund the money when the scam is uncovered. Do not touch this website. In addition they refuse to refund any money and have recorded all your conversations, which of course is illegal. Anyone who tells you that you get your money refunded is probably someone working for the scam in the first place. My immigration lawyer has confirmed that it is a scam as the facts that they give you are untrue

ATI signed up for the lottery I signed up for the lottery. A day later, I got a call from Miami. At first, we had a normal conversation about my personal goals in the USA and my job. After a long conversation, he wanted my credit card information. They wanted to charge $2500. I said I didn't have that much at the moment, and suddenly, they offered to take $500 instead 😅 He kept scolding me till the end, wondering why I was laughing on the phone and couldn't stay serious. Suddenly, he hung up on me. "I immediately blocked my card afterwards!"

GBScam? Or not. 🤝🏻 I shared the same belief initially, assuming it was a scam. However, it turned out not to be true. I have asked them nicely to send me a refund back and to stop the application process and they have sent me all the money back. Maybe i was lucky or they are actually legit and they are just an intermediare. Actually on their website it says that(so i didn’t pay enough attention, my bad) anyway, i happy everything is sorted out.

GBDO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! These guys are con artists. The first suspicion should be that they have no company address, even asking for one they will no confirm and claim what does it prove? They also are not concerned by the overwhelming negative reviews, which should be important to a lawyer firm. They push you to pay over the phone, which straight away is a MASSIVE red flag as no legitimate company would ask you to pay this way, usually it's a bank transfer to their company and they have a bank account etc set up, I've dealt with immigration lawyers before and the practice of these people is not good. They ask you to pay £2k almost immediately (or in installments), why? Ok I understand there are lawyer fees but that is VERY high for something you can easily do yourself for free and for what DOES NOT guarantee you will get a visa, even after 4 years as promised is "highly likely". They also stated you would get £1k back for flights at the interview, THIS IS A LIE. They stated the UK is eligible this year and you will have your application processed in October. The applications closed last year for 2025 with no confirmation UK is included in 2026, why are you taking payment for a service you can not necessarily complete? Yes it includes all fees apparently even for the visa application, but you may never get to that stage, so you are paying for something you may never in fact need and this is malpractice as they have taken money for a service they can't promise they can provide. STAY AWAY!! This company needs shutting down and I will be going to the BBC in the hope they can investigate this company and bring justice for the people affected. UPDATE: After doing some digging (and them claiming they have been around for 20 years when all reviews are from 1 year) the "happy customers" they list at the bottom of their website are all generic Getty images or stock photos with a couple from articles, they have pulled this from Google and ARE NOT REAL CUSTOMERS. This should prove they are not legit. Just as an extra warning, the company aren't even based in the USA as what the website makes you think, the bank can trace payment so please, please avoid.
