GBThe worst customer service I have ever… The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I needed to extend my stay in Jackson Wy. I called to in the required time to change my flights. I was told to make the flight to Jackson and then change the return flight once there because it would be easier than changing both flights. Once in Jackson they said they could not change the return flight. I will use a more reputable company in the future.

GBKate Gracia was extremely helpful and… Kate Gracia was extremely helpful and explained/answered every question I had. When I was experiencing technical difficulties with my email she assisted in getting the information for Delta to an alternative email address. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Made scheduling these airline tickets very easy and at a huge saving, considering the cost of tickets at this time. thank you Kate.

GBTerry, ext. 1007, did a great job with my tickets Terry, ext. 1007, was very helpful when I called and asked about Economy versus Economy Main Cabin pricing. He was patient in his explaining on why Economy tickets were at the deeper discount. I decided to go with Main Cabin ticket ever though that is not what I had originally selected on the website when I did my booking. Terry was still able to get me a ticket price that was $200 below what I was finding on the other big sites like expedia. Job well done, Terry!

GBAs everyone else has mentioned-SCAM As everyone else has mentioned, it's a bait and switch. Fortunately, I read the reviews before doing anything so when I got the incredible price on this site I started a chat session with one of their agents, asking if the price I'm looking at is 100% guaranteed. After checking, I was told they no longer had the tickets available and that the site has to be "manually" updated. Interesting that the website specifically stated "5 tickets left at this price," and no where does it state that the prices are not guaranteed. The company that runs this site also runs other sites that operate the same way. STAY AWAY!

GBCustomer service to the MAX I like to find the lowest airfare I can and when scanning various airfare search engines I came upon MyFlightMart which showed an extremely low price - too low as it turned out for my intended journey. But I called this organization and got tickets at a lower price than anyone else quoted. Not only was I extremely pleased with the competency of the agent but I received a later callback from John telling me that he had found a ticket with a 6 hour shorter layover! This is customer service to the MAX. There is no doubt that I will us this organization in the future.
