GBWe had to cancel our cruise bec of the⦠We had to cancel our cruise bec of the coronavirus. Even before the cancellation their rep helping us in an email said that "he was giving us his personal discount". So I was not expecting to be charged for his services, but SeaHub is charging us 200, even after Holland America penalized us 600. SeaHub says it is their policy to charge 100 for each client. Our agent was surprised that SeaHub charged us but he cannot do anything now bec. he was let go earlier. Am trying to file a complaint with BBB but cannot find address. Any help with be appreciated.
