I applied for an Indian single entry… I applied for an Indian single entry visa. For an urgent trip. They sent me a form and filled out and paid 77u.s.d by master card. After few days they emailed me to fill out another form, to upload same documents with high resolution copies and a form to authorize them for the payment the bank kept pending because of their over rated exchange rate for the 77 u.s.d to Canadian dollar. Later the bank paid them with correct rate but they didn't issue the e-visa and they blocked communication with them. The never responded to my text and phone call. My trip is urgent but they ignored my call irresponsibly. Now time out for my urgent trip.

Delivered exactly as they said they… Delivered exactly as they said they would. Really excellent communication with my consultant Adrian. He ensured I had submitted everything correctly and followed up to request further documents as necessary. I got my visa within 24 hours.

24 hour service is not 24 hours.... We needed an urgent visa to get to Cambodia as they no longer allowed for visas to be applied for on arrival. We used FTV because they provided a 24 hour service. Unfortunately we are nearly at 48 hours and we have still not yet received our visa as it is still pending with the Cambodian immigration team. If FTV advertise that they can get something done in 24 hours (and you charge clients a premium for that product), one would expect them to be able to deliver on that time commitment. Unfortunately going through FTV has now been a complete waste of money and time. Would not recommend.

Get your visa ANYWHERE ELSE! Get your visa ANYWHERE ELSE! Rips you off with a 50$ fake „fast track“ processing fee just so you can then download an app and pay another 20$ for the actual visa. Save your money and get the visa directly.

Needed a Kenyan visa ASAP Needed a Kenyan visa ASAP. Applied on Saturday morning, communicated via WhatsApp at the open of business on Monday. Once the application was submitted, took an hour to get our Visa. Thanks for saving our bacon.
