GBHORRIBLE TRAVEL AGENCY I have never dealt with a travel agency that is so shady, hard to understand, fast talking and nasty when it comes to trying to resolve an issue. STAY AWAY!! They will leave you high and dry with no apologies. They charged me $275 to cancel a flight, $140 to change a date and I was given a minimal credit certificate that only they will redeem. Never going to happen. Live and learn.
