Don't Fly Vagary This is the 2nd time I've used this company. The first agent I worked with was a delight, but this time I got Aaron Keen & it's been a nightmare. There seems to be a revolving door of the good agents there; and after dealing with Manager Moe Bishop this morning I believe I know why. I purchased round trip travel to Japan and flight insurance from Keen but received neither. Bishop pulled off a complete clown show defending his outfit after they pocketed the $$ for my flight insurance, leaving me stranded in Japan for 6 days now. Moe even thought it was funny. I'll make it home eventually, no thanks to this Fly Vagary circus act. In the meantime I'd advise anyone considering them to make a smarter choice.
